The role
We are looking for a Regional Commercial Handover Manager who can work with the bid teams to be the bridge to help them handover their wins over to the operations team in the freight forwarding department.
This is an important role making sure that the SLAs and objectives in the bid document are met and delivered. You will work with the bid teams to understand the key criteria of the successful submission document and then manage meetings with the operations team making sure that they have a full knowledge of contract deliverables, service expectations and KPIs.
You will as a two way contact point providing feedback to the commercial team to help them understand operational challenges, lesson learned and opportunities for process improvements.
Communication is key to this role as not only are you working with the bid and operational teams but you are a key conduit to the finance and legal teams ensuring everyone is on the same page with each contract win.
Another key aspect of this role is identifying potential risks and implementing mitigating strategy to overcome those risks.

Key qualifications and experience include:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English, German a strong plus
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade operations.
EXPERIENCE
- Extensive experience in tender management, contract handovers, or commercial operations within freight forwarding or logistics.
- Experience in global freight forwarding tenders and contracts
