Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain SFDC dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis and modelling to forecast business outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and priorities.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on the use of tools like SFDC and support them on a day to day.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Conduct data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve data issues.
- Familiar with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini especially in the context of automation of reports and analytics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Statistic, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- At least 4-6 years working experience in related field
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce (SFDC) is required, with the ability to effectively analyse data, generate insights, and support business decision-making.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power pivot, Power Query, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent command of English and presentation skill.
- Ability to work under strict deadline and develop alternative solutions in compliance with relevant policies and must be very detail-oriented and process driven.
