Regional BCO Manager - EUR

Is responsible for creating transparency on profitability at job,
customer, Area and Region level, with large scope and/or complexity. Ensures job costing controls are followed and that a Revenue Assurance mindset is in place. Coordinates closely with Finance and delivers high quality accounting, forecasting and controlling services
for assigned area/region.

Manages control responsible team of professionals.
Directs offshored team/s activities.
Ensures that all internal control and compliance requirements are
regularly reviewed and met, and that corrective actions are taken to mitigate any overall risk to the Area/Region.
Delivers regular reporting to drive business performance.
Acts as bridge with Finance to ensure that reporting reflects a true and fair representation of the underlying business.
Collaborates with the Area/Region BCO community.
