From detangling complicated use cases to delighting our customers, the Grab Support (GS) team provides customer support and solutions to in-country business units for multiple verticals. We aim to out-serve our users and turn their not-so-good experience into a memorable and delightful one.
Get to Know the Role
As the Regional Workforce Management Assistant Manager, you will report into the Senior Manager, Regional Workforce and Business Analytics and work onsite in the Grab Pasig City office.
You will play a vital role in a dynamic team dedicated to inspiring excellence in workforce planning and financial management. Your primary responsibilities will include creating Power BI reports that provide valuable insights into workforce performance. You will enhance overall performance through trend analysis, project management, and the implementation of inclusive engagement frameworks and accurate data management.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will create Power BI reports that deliver valuable insights into workforce performance, using data analytics to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Your role will also involve maintaining accurate headcount and system records, ensuring data integrity.
- As the administrator of the Workforce Management (WFM) NICE scheduling system, you will troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure seamless operation.
- You will lead workforce management projects and collaborate on initiatives for process improvement.
- You will help provide workforce financial projections and monitoring operational costs to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- We are looking for a Bachelor's Degree holder with 4 years of experience in workforce management.
- You are proficient in Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel (VBA), and SQL on AWS/ Azure; knowledge of data programming (Python, R)
