Position Summary
As a Junior Research Manager, you will support the research team in conducting market research studies and managing projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth.Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support & Content Creation
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the region to achieve key business goals and KPIs.
- Support the creation of targeted content/assets using consumer insights.
- AI Familiarity & track record: Firm understanding of AI tools for content creation, formats, copywriting; Familiarity and experience with using AI platforms and tools for content adaptation optimization.
Performance Analysis
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing initiatives and prepare reports for senior management.
Campaign Execution
- Assist in managing end-to-end campaign execution, including strategy development, monitoring, and evaluation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
Agency Coordination
- Support in managing agency relationships and assist in the selection process for advertising and marketing projects.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution.
Experience: 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience, with proven track record and creative portfolio
Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Southeast Asian languages and/or Korean is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Marketing Strategy Support: Ability to support the development and execution of successful marketing strategies that drive sales growth. Adaptability: Adaptability to handle challenges and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
