What You'll Do
As a Regional Agency Sales Manager, you will:
Oversee agency sales management while ensuring Agency Sales Managers are supporting key activities and delivering desired messages in their interactions with agencies
Oversee Agency Sales Managers on agency selection, categorization, suspension, and termination
Oversee the development and implementation of territory and agency specific plans and programs to contribute to the achievement of agency produced sales and premium objectives
Oversee the training of independent agents and the negotiation and implementation of agency compensation to achieve sales and premium objectives
Administer human resource related activities. Select, develop, motivate, and recognize staff
Work with the National Sales Executive and State Product Managers on implementing initiatives that promote profitable growth
What it Takes
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of related work experience with experience as an Agency Sales Manager or Marketing Support Manager
Communication and human relation skills
Ability to motivate others
Experience in developing and executing production plans
Ability to meet the travel demands of the position and an acceptable motor vehicle record
Ability to comply with all safety procedures outlined in the leased car safety program located in the Sentry fleet handbook
For this position we are open to the selected candidate to be located in one of the following states with close proximity to a major airport:

Nevada
Based on qualifications and experience the base salary range for this role is:
For candidates located in Colorado and Nevada: $112,980-$155,295
For candidates located in Washington: $118,360-$162,690
For candidates located in California: $123,740-$170,085
