About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Account Manager (RAM) to be based in Brasília, focused on the Financial Sector. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities within large financial institutions and government-related financial entities in the Brasília region — including federal banks and regulatory bodies with 1,000+ employees.

The ideal candidate is a "hunter" with a strong background in Enterprise Network/Cybersecurity sales, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for over-achieving sales targets while exceeding customer expectations. To be successful in this position, the candidate must fully understand all aspects of complex selling in an enterprise technology market, with deep knowledge of the financial government sector in Brasília.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close large enterprise cybersecurity transactions within the financial government sector in Brasília.

  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of TrendAI products, services, and processes.

  • Create and manage a monthly product forecast; develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline within the territory.

  • Provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts and follow sound sales processes, including the creation and execution of a strategic territory plan aimed at overachieving aggressive revenue targets.

  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within key financial accounts (federal banks, regulatory institutions).

  • Schedule and lead Sales and Technical training sessions for Regional Account customers.

  • Work closely with channel partners in account mapping activities, participate in joint sales calls, and host customer events regularly.

  • Develop and execute a sales plan for current and prospective channel and end customers, identifying and developing new business opportunities within the financial sector.

  • Use and help in the development of new sales tools and presentations.

  • Report changing market conditions and competitive intelligence to management.

  • Adhere to CRM, business systems, and activity standards.

  • Travel within the assigned territory as necessary.

Desired Education, Experience & Skills

  • Proven record of closing large enterprise cybersecurity transactions ($100K–$1M+).

  • Proven track record of bringing new logos into an organization, particularly within financial institutions or government-related entities.

  • 5+ years of experience in network security or cybersecurity sales.

  • Experience selling to CSO, CISO, and Director of Security-level contacts within enterprise financial accounts.

  • Established relationships with key influencers and decision-makers at major banks — including C-level executives, IT directors, security leads, and procurement stakeholders — with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures within large financial institutions.

  • Proven experience selling technology projects to large banks, with strong preference for candidates with a track record in cybersecurity projects within the financial sector.

  • Strong knowledge of the Brazilian financial government market (federal banks, Banco Central, regulatory bodies).

  • Successful experience working with channel partners.

  • Strong negotiation, closing, and pipeline development skills.

  • History of consistent prospecting and cold-calling to develop new opportunities.

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles through to closure.
