You will be responsible for the following:
I. Lead Generation and Sales Closing
Proactively prospect potential customers through direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, as well as indirect methods like networking and referrals.
Effectively manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and successful deal closures.
II. Business Development
Conduct thorough scoping and analysis of key processes and financial transactions of accounts to identify opportunities and deliver valuable, tailored solutions to partners.
III. Account Management
Promptly respond to partner concerns, ensure timely actions are taken, and monitor the resolution process to maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
IV. Partner Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers by conducting regular engagement meetings, business reviews, and collaborative activities to strengthen partnerships.
V. Reporting and Compliance
Adhere to internal management systems and reporting requirements, ensuring the timely submission of complete, accurate, and insightful reports.
We are looking for the following:
With 5 years of experience in a Sales, Business Development, or related role.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
With excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
With strong interpersonal skills and a proven team player.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management.
Focused, driven, and goal-oriented, with a strong commitment to achieving targets.
