Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and train store sales representatives through role plays and side-by-side selling
  • Support local marketing events and onsite retailer table day events
  • Conduct local and regional trainings for dealers, master agent partners, and internal teams
  • Drive marketing campaigns and maintain Gen Mobile brand standards at retail stores
  • Make and receive daily calls to assist stores and resolve dealer escalations
  • Implement plans to exceed sales quotas and maintain expert product knowledge


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Wireless sales experience required, indirect sales or pre-paid experience preferred
  • Vietnamese and/or Mandarin required; Spanish a plus
  • Must adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast paced sales environment
  • Be available to quickly formulate and provide solutions for escalations that arise during retail business hours
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to provide sales and marketing counseling to owners and sales representatives
  • Ability to travel to multiple regions, conduct trainings and work with multiple teams
  • Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work well individually and as a member of a team
  • Must feel comfortable presenting and speaking to a team

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $54,650.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
