The Region Sales Support Specialist role performs duties related to the profitable sales and customer retention while projecting a positive image of the company. This role directly supports the company’s field sales team to ensure we deliver on-time and on-budget products that meets the customer’s needs in a profitable manner. This role supports the Region Account Manager team and reports to the Region Sales Manager.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


  • Assign incoming leads to the appropriate reps/regions
  • Review salesperson backlogs for accuracy.  Keep reps up to date on completions, delays and or changes
  • Work with reps to facilitate and populate monthly forecast in SalesForce.com.  You will be responsible to report this to the RSM
  • Facilitate pre paints with appropriate build locations and customer visits.   Also responsible to keep the timelines accurate throughout the build and escalate when barriers are encountered.
  • Support Acct Manager in reviewing custom build quotes for accuracy prior to submitting to customer
  • Work with accounting to ensure revenue recognition is completed and accurate
  • Coordinate with logistics to dispatch sold trucks to customers. Utilize freight software to assist in the movement of vehicles and customer pick-ups.
  • Work with title to ensure docs are sent out in a timely manner.   Also request title mock ups, temp tags and any additional title paperwork needed to complete the sale.
  • Align with M3 coordinators ensuring all orders are completely placed and accurate.
  • Assist in gathering customer information to facilitate invoicing and title completion
  • Support the Sales team in quote creation and modification to meet client RFQ requirements.
  • Support the Sales staff work in SalesForce.com and required company documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

         Education & Experience

  • Associates degree or other relevant college degree plus proven aptitude for role.  
  • Non-Degreed: 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role.

  • Attitude: This job requires "people" skills and a genuine desire to service the client.   A positive attitude and willingness to maintain a professional demeanor with clients and team members is essential to this position.
  • Attendance – The ability to work as scheduled with punctual attendance 7:45 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday plus any additional hours/days necessary in order to meet business demands. 
  • Ability to work in a common office environment, including office machines, chemicals, and environments.
  • Oral Expression and comprehension — The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
  • Written Comprehension and expression — The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.

  • Manual dexterity – The ability to type or operate common office equipment up to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
  • Sitting – The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties up to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
  • Lifting – The ability to bend, stoop and lift up to 25 lbs. 

Skills Required
