GenesisCare is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Referrer Engagement Representative to join our Oncology team based in Auchenflower, Brisbane.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and making a real difference to patient outcomes. Working closely with our doctors, centre leaders and Referrer Engagement Manager, you'll promote GenesisCare's oncology services to GPs, specialists and other healthcare professionals across Queensland, helping ensure patients have access to exceptional cancer care when they need it most.
This is a full-time position based in Brisbane with occasional regional travel as part of your territory.
More specifically, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, specialists and other healthcare professionals across your territory.
- Promote GenesisCare's oncology services and identify opportunities to grow referral partnerships.
- Develop and implement referrer engagement strategies to strengthen existing relationships and establish new ones.
- Partner with GenesisCare doctors and centre leaders to support practice growth initiatives.
- Coordinate educational events, practice visits and other engagement activities.
- Monitor referral trends, competitor activity and market opportunities to inform engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on engagement outcomes and initiatives.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device or specialist sales, business development or account management.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Commercial acumen with an analytical mindset.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is highly regarded).
- A current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Basics in marketing, creative and an eye for detail.
