This role requires independent analysis, exercise of judgment and detailed knowledge of facility procedures related to the work performed. You will be responsible for verifying patient and insurance information, scheduling appointments, obtaining and identifying information necessary to produce billable patient accounts and more!
Schedule:
- Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Mon-Fri 8:00a-4:30p
- Onsite training in St. Cloud required; remote after successful completion of training
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay is $21.96 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience.
- Pay range: $19.53-$29.28 per hour

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
- Experience with referral processes preferred.
- Experience with EPIC systems preferred.
- Clinic or comparable health care environment experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- High familiarity with computer and/or automated office systems and technologies preferred.
- Must be organized, able to handle multiple tasks, detailed and customer service oriented.
