As a Reference Data Specialist in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you execute assigned operational tasks within the group, supporting client onboarding and maintenance. You ensure timely and accurate updates of client information in global systems and applications. You contribute to team goals by managing workflows, resolving queries, and supporting business-as-usual projects.
Job Responsibilities
  • Execute assigned tasks such as setting up client records, maintaining work logs, and investigating exceptions
  • Add and update client information accurately in functional applications and global systems
  • Manage workflow and handle requests from internal teams and departments
  • Ensure work is processed within established timeframes and meets required controls and targets
  • Interact with lines of business and internal clients via telephone and email
  • Respond promptly to mailbox queries and resolve client issues on priority
  • Work on business-as-usual projects and process back-up tasks, identifying improvements in work practices

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Graduate with up to one year of experience in a bank operations environment
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
  • Knowledge of cash and trade products
  • High level of client centricity and solution orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Willingness to work in WHEM Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)
