As a Transaction Processing Specialist within Wholesale Payments Operations, you provide operational support for client transaction management and service. You ensure tasks are completed on time, resolve exceptions and client inquiries, and provide subject matter expertise to clients. You also support regulatory reporting tasks, remediation activities, and ongoing process improvement through automation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned tasks in a timely manner to support end-to-end transaction management.
- Lead process improvement and automation efforts to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Manage assigned tasks independently with little or no supervision.
- Ensure exceptions and client inquiries are resolved accurately and within expected timelines.
- Provide subject matter expertise to clients and internal partners on transaction processing activities.
- Interpret legal language in documents and assess operational impact to the organization.
- Maintain a strong control mindset and follow established procedures and standards.
- Identify issues and risks that may impact processes or the organization and escalate appropriately.
- Coordinate daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities as needed.
