As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Wholesale Payments Operations, you provide operational support to ensure client transactions are completed on time and accurately. You resolve exceptions and client inquiries, applying analytical rigor and a strong control mindset to identify issues and reduce risk. You provide subject matter expertise and contribute to regulatory reporting, remediation activities, and ongoing process improvement and automation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned transaction processing tasks to support accurate, timely client outcomes
- Ensure all aspects of transaction management are completed within required deadlines
- Resolve exceptions and client inquiries with clear communication and strong attention to detail
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal partners and clients on transaction-related processes
- Lead process improvement and automation efforts that reduce manual effort and improve controls
- Manage assigned work independently with little or no supervision
- Identify issues and risks that could impact process performance or the organization
- Support daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities as required
