About the Role: Fragomen, an AMLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a Reference Data Management Lead for the Firms' enterprise reference data. This role will be based with Fragomen in Costa Rica.
How will you make a difference as a Reference Data Management Lead at Fragomen?
- Lead the Reference Data Management (RDM) implementation of the Reference Data Catalog effort through management of the key business requirements in coordination with delivery team.
- Provide guidance and solutions to fundamental and highly challenging questions of what data to capture and what data to integrate through critical stages of the lifecycle, which is a lifecycle of client and service with a handful of interacting systems.
- Collaborate with and provide recommendations to Process Improvement.
- Lead meetings with both technology and business teams to facilitate the understanding, clarification, and implementation of data requirements
- Work with a team of support analysts and data owners, for key day-to-day tasks, fostering best practices on education and adoption, data stewardship and ensures Operational & Systemic compliance to RDM requirements and standards.
- Responsible for mitigating any issues related to quality of RDM information and processes, by working cross-functionally, with internal teams and within the Data Management group.
- Identifies and leads the deployment of enhancement opportunities to systems, tools and process
- Consult on key data governance standards and processes to business and technical delivery teams
Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mathematics, business, statistics, computer science or related fields.
- 5+ years in analytics, 2+ years experience in data delivery projects or data management teams.
- Informatica RDM - R360 or equivalent technology preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting and project management will be an added advantage.
- Tableau knowledge advantageous.
- Strong organization, communication (written and oral) and problem solving skills.
