RÔLE

À titre de Partenaire en acquisition de talent chez Sid Lee, vous mettez en relation des talents exceptionnels avec les besoins évolutifs de l’agence, pour nos différents bureaux aux Canada et aux États-Unis. Grâce à votre expérience concrète en recrutement, vous combinez un regard affuté pour le talent et une approche stratégique réfléchie tout au long du processus de recrutement. En collaboration avec l’équipe de direction, les gestionnaires d’embauche et l’équipe Talent, vous accompagnez le processus de recrutement, de l’identification des besoins à l’embauche du·de la bon·ne candidat·e.

Vous bâtissez des relations solides avec l’équipe interne et les candidat·e·s, demeurant engagé·e tout au long de leur parcours. Vous gardez le doigt sur le pouls du marché, partageant des insights qui contribuent à faire de Sid Lee une destination prisée par les professionnel·le·s.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Collaborer avec les leaders de Sid Lee, les directeur·trice·s de création et les partenaires RH afin de bien comprendre les besoins des équipes, les mandats et la stratégie de l’entreprise.
  • Diriger l’ensemble du processus de recrutement: sourcing, approche directe, entretiens, évaluations de portfolios (au besoin), négociations et embauche, toujours avec une approche centrée sur le·la candidat·e.
  • Développer et nourrir un vivier de talents prometteurs, en maintenant des relations continues et en gardant un œil sur les nouveaux profils de l’industrie.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement pour divers mandats et postes difficiles à combler, à Montréal, à Toronto comme aux États-Unis.
  • Communiquer aux parties prenantes les tendances du marché, les fourchettes salariales compétitives et des insights pertinents sur les candidat·e·s.
  • Proposer de nouvelles stratégies et initiatives visant à diversifier, renforcer et élargir le bassin de talents de Sid Lee.
  • Représenter Sid Lee et développer des relations par des partenariats avec écoles, associations étudiantes et communautés créatives, pour accroître la notoriété de l’agence sur les marchés local et international.

EXIGENCES

  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en recrutement.
  • Capacité éprouvée à développer et déployer des stratégies de recrutement ciblées pour des rôles spécifiques.
  • Grande aptitude à la communication et à la négociation avec les candidat·e·s, leaders et partenaires d’embauche.
  • Connaissance de Greenhouse (ou d’un autre ATS similaire) un atout.
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais (parlé et écrit); le bilinguisme est requis si le poste est basé à Montréal, afin de collaborer avec les divers bureaux au Canada comme aux États-Unis.  Pour Toronto, le bilinguisme est un atout majeur.

ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Sid Lee, you connect exceptionalism  talent with our agency’s evolving needs, for our offices in both Canada and the United States. Drawing on your hands-on experience in recruitment, you bring a sharp creative eye and a thoughtful, strategic mindset to the recruitment cycle. Working closely with our leadership, hiring managers, and Talent team, you guide the recruitment process from identifying needs through to securing the right fit.

You build strong relationships across the internal team and with candidates, staying engaged throughout their journey. You keep a pulse on the market, sharing insights that help Sid Lee stand out as a top destination for professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with leaders at Sid Lee and HR business partners to understand team needs, mandates, and company strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end creative recruitment process: sourcing, outreach, interviews, portfolio reviews, negotiations, and hiring, all with a candidate-focused approach.
  • Develop and nurture pipelines of promising talent, maintaining ongoing relationships and tracking emerging people in the industry.
  • Shape and execute recruitment strategies for a range of creative mandates and hard-to-fill roles across Montreal, Toronto and the US.
  • Communicate market trends, competitive salaries, and relevant candidate insights to stakeholders.
  • Propose new strategies and initiatives to grow, diversify, and strengthen Sid Lee’s talent pool.
  • Represent Sid Lee and build relationships through partnerships with schools, student associations, and creative communities, boosting the agency’s profile in both local and international markets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years' experience in recruitment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute creative recruitment strategies for specific roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with candidates, creative leaders, and hiring partners.
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse (or similar ATS) is an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written); bilingualism is required if in Montreal, and a strong asset if based in Toronto.

Skills Required

  • 3+ years' experience recruiting for creative roles in advertising, design, or related creative industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in reviewing creative portfolios and reels.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute creative recruitment strategies for specific creative roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse or similar ATS.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of the creative market and talent networks in Toronto and Montreal.
