Role overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join us for the paid internship. This person will be primarily responsible for providing support service to the recruitment team.
If you are just after just internship, or you have a few months of experience from a recruitment agency, in-house HR department or professional services organization, and you are planning to develop your career in HR/Recruitment Operations, this position is for you!
About the role
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, ensuring all parties have the necessary information while demonstrating an awareness of different time zones.
- Conduct initial screening and selection of candidates.
- Ensure all candidates have a positive experience, effectively showcasing our brand, values, and guiding principles.
- Provide regular updates to Recruitment Managers on the status of ongoing requests.
- Maintain and update data in the ATS and other systems to ensure accurate reporting and metrics.
- Participate in additional recruiting initiatives to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Technical Skills
- 6 months + experience of working in an HR department or recruitment agency will a big plus.
- Ability to work in English (English language level very strong B2 or C1).
- PC literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in managing high volumes administration processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Ability to maintain clear record-keeping systems including databases.
- Knowledge of Recruitment systems would be an advantage.

- Demonstrates excellent customer/client-facing skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; can clearly explain and present problems and issues to others and contribute to their resolution.
