Execute search strategies on various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, industry forums, and social media to find passive candidates.
Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for future hiring needs.
Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks) to identify passive candidates
Ensure accurate data tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate sourcing reports.
Provide market intelligence on talent supply, compensation trends, and competitor activities
Track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent sourcing strategies. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on key performance indicators and recruitment outcomes to maximize the ROI.
QualificationsAt least five (5) years of experience in talent sourcing for both volume and leadership positions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization
Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing trends and sourcing techniques
Experience with market research and talent mapping is a plus
A can-do attitude to respond to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
A solid sense of accountability with the ability to handle confidential information and escalate when needed
