As the Recruitment Specialist at FMX, you will play a key role in supporting our full recruitment cycle, ensuring that we consistently meet our staffing requirements and acquire top talent for our organization. This includes working alongside our Manager of Talent to proactively source talent, review applications and pre-screen candidates, schedule interviews and onboarding, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. This person may also partner with hiring managers across the organization to create job descriptions, identify role requirements, determine interview processes, and collect interview feedback. They will also work with the People Operations team to generate ideas, leverage resources, and work on other projects as needed in order to help drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager of Talent in managing our full recruitment cycle for all open positions across the organization
- Review applications, pre-screen candidates, and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Swiftly advance candidates through the interview process by scheduling interviews and providing timelines, feedback and constructive criticism
- Create and maintain job postings on company website, job boards, and HRIS
- Conduct phone interviews and assist with the screening and selection process
- Organize onboarding sessions for new teammates through scheduling travel to FMX home office, notifying hiring managers of session dates, and prepping the office
- Accurately maintain candidate records and communications within Workable, our Applicant Tracking System
- Develop and maintain FMX’s recruitment branding and social media presence that reflects the organization's values, culture, and career opportunities to attract and retain top talent
- Stay up to date with recruiting and market trends to ensure market competitiveness
- Serve as cultural representative throughout our full recruitment cycle
- Handle confidential and sensitive information
- Practice “Always be Recruiting” to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Assist People Operations department with other ad hoc projects as needed; including but not limited to: assistance with office administrative work and assistance with company event planning and execution
Preferred Experience & Qualities:
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or administrative role
- A strong desire to pursue a career in Recruiting, People Operations or a related field
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Compensation:
- Total on-target earnings for this position is expected to be $60,000 annually. The compensation package includes a base salary, with additional bonus potential tied to company goals.
