As an Account Executive, you will manage a sales territory, build client relationships, progress prospects through the sales funnel, and achieve new business targets while utilizing CRM tools.

The Sales Development Representative will make calls, schedule meetings, manage leads, and support marketing efforts while collaborating with the sales team.

Serve as the strategic post-implementation advisor for enterprise accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead QBRs, monitor account health and usage, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with Product/Engineering, maintain records in Planhat, and travel to customer sites (~25%).

Lead product positioning, messaging, and end-to-end go-to-market execution. Partner with Product, Sales, and Content to produce sales enablement assets, gather market intelligence, drive customer advocacy, and manage launches that connect product value to customer needs.
