The role involves conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure successful placements.
Qualifications
Recruitment experience in the gaming industry
Knowledge of head hunting, handling recruitment agencies and trends
Experience in sourcing and screening candidates for niche roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification in HR is a plus
