The Role

The Recruiting Marketing Specialist is responsible for administering, developing, and executing strategies that attract top talent to the company by effectively marketing our open positions. This role will focus on reviewing job advertisements (spelling, grammar and compliance), creating engaging content, assisting in administering digital campaigns, and leveraging social media to build a strong talent pipeline. The Recruiting Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure a cohesive and compelling message across all recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to understand current hiring needs and create targeted marketing strategies for complex and special talent segments.

  • Primary owner of reviewing job advertisements – quality and compliance check, including pay transparency obligations.

  • Monitor sentiment from job boards; respond to feedback.

  • Inform and create engaging content for use across various platforms, including social media, careers pages, and recruitment materials.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather employee stories and testimonials to showcase the work environment and company culture.

  • Track and analyze recruitment marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving candidate engagement.

  • Keep current with recruitment marketing and industry trends, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in attracting top talent.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and employer brand development.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, digital marketing, or employer branding.

  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Workday experience preferred.
