Job Overview
• The Technical Recruiter will be part of the ING HR-Recruitment team that will support ING Manila Hub technical hiring
• The Technical Recruiter will be supporting all Technical Business Lines within ING Hubs – Manila (Retail Tech, WB Tech) and other business lines as needed.
• You will be collaborating with different Hiring Managers, Recruitment Admin and different sourcing partners to deliver the requirement within SLA
Key Responsibilities
oAt least 10 years end to end Tech Recruitment delivery
oLeads 6 to 8 Tech recruiters including coaching, mentoring & performance rating discussions.
oExpose in creating different recruitment strategy
oExperience in Workday & different sourcing channels
oKnowledgeable in reporting & analysis
oStrong stakeholder management
oUnderstands end-to-end Recruitment Delivery (internal and/or external) and related service level agreements and acts on them
oSolves moderately complex problems and comes up with solutions/measures when problems/exceptions have escalated
oSourcing and Screening of potential IT candidates that will match the business need

oSound knowledge of IT concepts and latest market trends; provide comprehensive market observation that will drive the direction of the recruitment activities
oPerforms extensive market research regarding talents who possess skills and experience necessary for the business to operate as well as those who possess emerging as skills of the future
oEvaluate demographics, salary trends, talent sourcing channels, and recruitment marketing outlets
oCreate databases and capture market data
oConvert acquired data and findings into easy-to-digest tables, graphs, and written reports offering insights about talent pipeline potentials.

oPracticing self-organization (autonomy): taking accountability and ownership of decisions and outcomes, and providing feedback to the team and members to foster team (vs.individual) mindset;
oActively looking for and integrating customer feedback and monitoring developments in the talent market or other (customer) sectors.

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of solid experience with end-to-end Recruitment particularly handling a wide range of technical roles
•Strong sourcing expertise in IT related roles such as; Java Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Web Engineer, Automation Tester, Architect etc.
•Background in generating and reporting recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality
•Proven experience in managing high-volume technical roles and ensuring timely and effective hiring to meet business needs
•Can do end to end Recruitment
•Strong Stakeholder Management
