Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Lead to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts and drive our company's continued growth. In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters, develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure we attract and hire top IT talent. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the IT industry, a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and leading teams, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a specific focus on IT roles.

Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and skillsets.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent across various levels and specializations.

Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of IT positions, from entry-level to senior roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, employee referrals, and industry events.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and team dynamics, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and selection criteria.

Conduct in-depth interviews.

Contribute to the development and improvement of our talent acquisition processes and strategies.
