HR Operations Specialist__
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: Onsite.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Apodaca.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Support recruitment and selection processes for operational / blue-collar positions.
- Assist with candidate screening, interviews, and recruitment follow-up.
- Support the administration and tracking of candidate and employee files.
- Follow up on open positions according to business and staffing needs.
- Participate in talent attraction activities and recruitment events.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist with recruitment-related reports, metrics, and follow-up activities.
- Gain knowledge of benefits, compensation schemes, and employment conditions for operational employees.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Active student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1 year or less remaining before graduation.
- Intermediate English.
- Interest in developing a career in Human Resources / Recruitment.
- Proactive, organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
