Within the ING Italy Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Expert under the directions of the Head of People Services, will be required to have an operational hands-on involvement across all the end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities. The purpose of this role is to support and implement the talent acquisition strategy and hire the very best talents into the organization. Working closely with stakeholders and colleagues to prompt and promote thinking in order to create relevant and effective recruitment plans. The role will be an ambassador to the employer brand, candidate experience, talent mobility and third-party supplier relationship to ensure we attract and hire the right people and capabilities to deliver business goals now and for the future. This is a very dynamic and vibrant area which will require collaborating with HR Business Partners and other colleagues across the local HR team to ensure efficiency in the best basics, operational excellence, and timeliness to all deadlines.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Collaborating with Hiring managers on search strategies, and serving as the subject matter expert (SME) to help the teams hire as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Source, select, and hire qualified candidates to fill vacancy positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with the company policies, procedures, and processes.

Manage applicant flows to ensure availability of qualified candidates and compliance.

Be on top of market trends and demand impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates, coordinate with compensation team on salary offer considerations and equity concerns.

Under the direction of Head of People Services, manage cost effective methods to provide recruiting tools, including contracts with recruiting agencies and job boards.

Asses, track and report on time-to-hire, and other relevant KPIs to identify trends and costs effectiveness.

Develop and post job ads on multiple platforms, such as social media and job boards

Manage internal reports with advanced analytics to track recruitment processes and ensure effective talent acquisition strategy

Act as a lead interview during the job interview process and advise managers on candidate selection

Interact with all levels of colleagues so as to build trust and credibility within the Company

Provide strong support in the implementation of the Employer Branding Strategy
Personal Profile
-
Bachelor / University degree in HR management, Economics, STEM, or equivalent
-
Approximately 3-5 years of demonstrated success in recruitment (experience in the finance sector could also be beneficial)

Experience using Workday, and/or Workday implementation project

Ability to accurately assess candidates

Good Data Fluency / Analytics & Reporting understanding

Excellent use of MS (Excel, Powerpoint)

Experience in a fast paced environment

Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines

Proven track record of handling your pipeline and rapid recalling candidate information for current and future openings

Experience of passive sourcing techniques including LinkedIn and headhunting

Great communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)

Good level of English (verbal, written)

Strong problem solving, hands-on and hard working mindset
