Overview:

This highly visible and critical role must have experience within recruiting and supporting Talent Acquisition at all levels. You must be extremely relationship orientated and understand the urgency and pace needed to be successful in a highly competitive and candidate driven market. The Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to build pipelines of key individuals for the success of the business from requisition approval to onboarding successful candidates.

Responsibilities:

Resourcing and Candidate Management

  • Sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, Caterer, Indeed and other platforms

  • Supporting junior and volume recruitment projects

  • Screening candidates and feeding back to the Senior Consultant

  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate availability

  • Creating interview prep sheets so candidates walk in feeling ready

  • Keeping processes moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks

  • Building and maintaining talent pools for future roles

Recruitment Admin and Ops Support

  • Keeping Workday accurate, organised and up to date

  • Sending interview confirmations and candidate prep packs

  • Formatting CVs into client-ready documents

  • Chasing references and managing follow-ups

  • Supporting shortlist admin and inbox management

  • Helping with onboarding and candidate/client gifting

  • Maintaining hotlists and newsletter databases

Requirements:

  • Reliable and consistent. The team genuinely depends on you

  • Strong communicator, written, verbal and on the phone

  • Organised with brilliant attention to detail

  • Comfortable using tech, systems and AI tools

  • Positive energy and a good attitude

  • Worked somewhere fast-paced before

  • Dealt with admin-heavy systems or databases

  • Used LinkedIn professionally
