We are seeking an individual to provide a comprehensive candidate service that supports the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Partners throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, while additionally managing other operational aspects of the talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing the candidate, hiring manager and internal TA team member experience and will thrive in a collaborative team setting within a fast-paced environment. This role is dynamic and varied, requiring adaptability and enthusiasm.

What you’ll do
- Talent Acquisition Process Ownership: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists & Partners to ensure all job details in our recruitment systems are accurate and all necessary approvals are in place.
- Role Advertising and Candidate Management: Release roles to relevant channels, manage candidate applications and queries, and update recruitment systems with candidate feedback. When required, this will include supporting Talent Acquisition Specialists & Partners with operational aspects of managing requisitions (i.e. screening candidates, advancing through ATS, etc.).
- Interview Management: Schedule interviews, manage room bookings, and ensure all necessary candidate and interview documentation is prepared and accessible for hiring managers.
- Offer Management: Assist with the completion and audit of offer letters and necessary approvals, supporting the Early Careers team where required.
- Supplier Management: Assist with the maintenance of the recruitment PSL and other recruitment partners on a global level, including management of agency payroll temp renewals, the on and offboarding of suppliers, and raising, tracking and maintenance of Purchase Orders.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records on recruitment systems including the ATS, including managing agency details and supporting regular system and supplier audits in partnership with your manager.
- Data insights: Generate hiring reports and data insights required by line manager and business stakeholders - ensuring it provides valuable and strategic information for TA planning and decision making.
- Cost management: Support regional teams in providing timely reports on TA costs and spend when required.
- Recruitment systems: Serve as an SME for current and new recruitment technology, supporting training, rollout and maintenance of an up-to-date library of training materials.
- Communication and Liaison: Act as a key contact for hiring teams, onboarding team and wider P&C to ensure a seamless candidate, hiring manager and TA team experience.
- Oversee Inboxes: Manage candidate enquiries and oversee the Schroders Careers inbox to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify improvements in recruitment administration processes and contribute to ad hoc projects as necessary
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Excellent administration skills with previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition being essential.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficient in using recruitment systems and tools, such as Taleo, Oracle Recruitment Cloud or similar ATS.
- Exceptional levels of attention to detail, demonstrating accuracy and a strong appetite to learn.
- High levels of personal integrity with experience of managing highly sensitive and confidential people data.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to drive process improvements and self learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pick up ad hoc talent acquisition project work when required.
- Good understand of MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint with the ability to pick up new systems as required.
- Experience in generating reports from HR systems (Oracle HCM or similar) would be advantageous.
- A team player with a pro-active approach to getting things done, you’ll love to learn new skills and are keen to work in an exciting, fast paced environment.
- Native German speaker with fluent English language skills.

- Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience in project management related to recruitment initiatives.
- Previous experience in a hands on recruitment role.
