coordinating hiring activities and ensuring an excellent candidate experience

- Act as the primary coordination point between hiring
managers, recruiters, and candidates to ensure smooth and timely hiring
processes across US-based roles.
- Organize and facilitate recruitment communications,
including vacancy briefings, urgent hiring discussions, interview
scheduling, and feedback coordination.
- Distribute hiring requests among recruiters in close
coordination with the Global Recruitment Team Lead, ensuring balanced
workloads and timely action.
- Monitor and track vacancy statuses daily, proactively
following up on delays or risks and escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain and ensure data accuracy within the Applicant
Tracking System (Zoho Recruit), including job descriptions, manpower
requests (MRFs), candidate records, and hiring documentation.
- Support interview scheduling, candidate communications,
and feedback consolidation to ensure a positive and professional candidate
experience.
- Manage recruitment agencies by conducting quality
checks on submitted candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements,
and monitoring agency performance metrics.
- Oversee job board management by creating and
maintaining corporate accounts and posting vacancies across multiple
platforms to support recruiter sourcing efforts.
- Assist in special recruitment projects, hiring
campaigns, and process improvement initiatives as required.
- Adapt flexibly to changing workloads, support team
priorities, and assist colleagues during peak hiring periods or urgent
recruitment needs.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support
to the recruitment team to ensure continuity of hiring activities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in 1 year of recruitment coordination
preferably supporting night shift schedule
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the
ability to manage multiple hiring support with the recruiters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with
the ability to coordinate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers,
agencies, and candidates.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
(preferably Zoho Recruit) and job boards.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy,
particularly in maintaining recruitment documentation and system records.
- Ability to work independently while following guidance
from the Recruitment Team Lead and adhering to established processes and
timelines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven
environment with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Can work in shifting schedule as required by the
recruitment needs
- Can work onsite at West Trade Center, Quezon City, Philippines
