We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases, and building long-term client relationships by providing quality staffing solutions. Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job
posting, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and organisational
culture to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (e.g. ZOHO
Recruit).
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and initial
onboarding as required.
- Assist in preparing client proposals and job descriptions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote open vacancies
on appropriate channels.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
- Support HR consulting projects, including psychometric
testing and staff evaluations.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and generate periodic
performance reports.
- Stay updated with labour market trends and emerging
recruitment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing,
or HR consulting (experience in a recruitment agency is a plus)
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and the MS
Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritise
effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and
time-management skills.
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential
information with discretion.
- Team player with a proactive approach and a solutions-driven
mindset.
Skills Required
