🔍 What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, business support, and specialist roles in AU and PH.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design sourcing strategies, and shape candidate experiences.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, JobStreet, and internal tools to identify top talent and maintain active talent pipelines.
- Conduct structured interviews, manage shortlisting, and support timely decision-making across the hiring workflow.
- Track metrics and maintain documentation using BambooHR, Microsoft Forms, and Excel trackers.
- Provide consistent reporting and updates to the HR Manager and Business Operations Manager.
✅ What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in professional or regulated environments.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, candidate screening, and stakeholder alignment.
- Familiarity with BambooHR, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Forms, and recruitment analytics.
- Confidence in managing multiple roles, stakeholders, and timelines with autonomy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong judgement in candidate selection.
