Location: CBD, Sydney or Melbourne
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Work Model: Hybrid – up to 2 days WFH
Salary: Competitive base salary + commission structure (discussed upon application)
As our Recruitment Consultant within the HCA Doctors team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting doctors with locum opportunities across Australia. To deliver this value, you will:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle – from job brief through to successful placement.
- Build strong, trust-driven relationships with both doctors and hospital clients.
- Promote opportunities quickly and effectively to ensure fast placement turnaround.
- Maintain high compliance standards and ensure doctor documentation is complete and accurate.
- Drive proactive business development to grow your talent pool and embed HCA as the provider of choice.
Let’s Talk About You!
To take up this challenge, you’ll bring experience in recruitment or sales-focused roles, ideally with exposure to the medical or healthcare sector. Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to build authentic long-term relationships will be key to your success. You’ll be proactive, energetic, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. While not essential, experience working with clinicians or within medical recruitment will be highly regarded.
