Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday
Work Model: Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH)
Salary: Competitive base + commission
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare clients. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end (360) recruitment from vacancy brief to placement
- Building and maintaining relationships with doctors and hospital clients
- Promoting opportunities and delivering fast, high-quality placements
- Ensuring compliance requirements and documentation are completed accurately
- Growing your talent network and driving business development opportunities
Let’s Talk About You!
You'll bring agency recruitment experience and a strong track record of building client relationships, sourcing talent, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience recruiting doctors, GPs, or other healthcare professionals will be highly regarded (not essential), as will permanent placement and international sourcing experience. Most importantly, you're commercially minded, proactive, and motivated by delivering great outcomes for both candidates and clients.
