The Role

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Assistant will provide a full range of administrative support and other responsibilities to the recruitment team. The candidate must be highly professional, detail oriented, and exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

This is a 6 month contract position, fully office based in Windsor, England. 

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management
  • Maintain a variety of reports as directed
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide assessment information, interview details, etc.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Update recruitment systems with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Monitor the status of candidate applications and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Source and pipeline for high priority roles 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively whether via verbal or written communications with all levels of the organization
  • Possess high level of organization skills, flexibility, and strong attention to detail
  • A highly reliable, personable, energetic, professional attitude
  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel is required

Education & Training:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
