Responsibilities will include:  

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions.

  • Manage multiple requisitions across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing methods.

  • Provide insights and market trends to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies.

  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.

  • Partner with external recruitment agencies and vendors when needed.

  • Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position FNZ as an employer of choice.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a business partner capacity.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, including social media, talent pools, and direct sourcing.

  • A data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience in analysing metrics to improve hiring processes.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
