What You'll Do:
- Manage interview reschedules and changes efficiently and professionally
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Compensation, HR Ops, HRBPs, etc.) to ensure operational processes are aligned and efficient
- Coordinate the background check process and ensure timely completion
- Help maintain recruitment systems and tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and running smoothly
- Help prepare and send offer letters to candidates in alignment with company policies
- Manage and track employee referrals, ensuring smooth processing and timely updates
- Support various recruitment projects and initiatives to improve overall hiring processes
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Ability to work East Coast hours (Eastern Standard Time), ideally from 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm CT
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever, Gem, and Greenhouse is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Dayforce is a plus
- Experience in recruiting or HR-related roles, with exposure to either recruiting coordination or operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail / ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across the business
