  • Process Design & Implementation: Lead process improvement initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and simplification. Leverage insights to design streamlined workflows that reduce manual effort and improve quality and consistency across global teams.

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage recruiting and operational data to identify trends, monitor performance, and develop actionable insights. Drive accountability around metric adoption, reporting integrity, and operational KPIs.

  • Program & Project Support: Support the planning and execution of recruiting programs and technology implementations. Track milestones, ensure cross-functional alignment, and surface risks and dependencies early.

  • Resource & Knowledge Management: Oversee the development and governance of process documentation, training materials, and self-serve knowledge resources. Ensure accessibility, accuracy, and usability across teams.

  • Enablement & Event Logistics: Partner with Recruiting Enablement to manage logistics for in-person and virtual events. Ensure a seamless experience for facilitators, attendees, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related field

  • Understanding of recruiting processes, systems, and lifecycle workflows; able to operate as an SME

  • Experience supporting large-scale tech or process implementations and managing complex stakeholder groups

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data, identify trends, and develop recommendations

  • Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills; able to synthesize and connect large volumes of information

  • Skilled in stakeholder influence and driving alignment in cross-functional environments

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Slack, and Smartsheet

Preferred Qualifications:
