As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll spearhead various recruiting marketing campaigns and events to attract real estate agents to Redfin. Your goal is to build a robust pipeline of qualified agent talent across all of our markets, while elevating our employer brand and solidifying Redfin’s reputation as the brokerage of choice in the industry. 

This role reports to Redfin's Vice President of Recruiting.

The Role

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative, proactive recruiting marketing strategies to attract bar-raising real estate agents to Redfin. 

  • Create compelling and authentic content for email marketing campaigns, and events that speak to Redfin’s value proposition, company culture and career opportunities for real estate talent.

  • Work with field leaders to create, promote and execute both virtual and in-person career and networking events to engage passive talent. 

  • Partner with our PR team to identify opportunities to promote career opportunities and our agents’ success on podcasts, industry events and in the media followed by agents. 

  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of recruiting campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Manage recruitment advertising across various platforms (ex: LinkedIn, social channels) to maximize reach and effectiveness.

  • Manage market-specific social platforms.

Skills & Experience 

  • 5+ years experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding and/or email marketing

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with email and event marketing tools and recruiting software (ex: Iterable, Phenom CRM, EventBrite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc)

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.

  • Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and content creation.

  • Phenom CRM, Eventbrite experience a plus

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.

Base Pay Range: $80,500.00 - 120,500.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity.
