Do you eat recruiting strategy for breakfast? Do you get giddy when a plan comes together? As ALLO’s Recruiting Manager, you will lead developing and delivering creative and cutting-edge recruiting strategies, while leading a team of recruiters to attract and retain the best and brightest talent to the rapidly growing ALLO team. Your day to day will be a balancing act: delivering recruiting strategy to win the war for talent, managing recruiting activities and metrics, developing a team of recruiters, and supporting the team process as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Play a key role in developing and influencing a culture norm that “everyone is a recruiter”
• Continuously push the envelope on new and innovative ways to source and identify talent
• Influence ALLO Employee Value Proposition through developing and supporting strong employer branding
• Build trusting relationships with all people leaders to understand their department, team, and business needs in order to develop proactive and creative recruiting strategies
• Support assessing internal candidates for cross functional transfers and promotions
• Coach and develop a team of Talent Recruiters and Talent Recruiting Coordinators to deliver exceptional people focused service to ALLO hiring managers
• Oversee and manage an efficient and hassle-free full lifecycle recruiting process
• Act as the subject matter expert for labor market trends in ALLO communities, industry trends, and recruiting trends
• Develop strong relationships rooted in trust internally and externally
• Implement and ensure all sourcing channels are optimized to create a robust talent pipeline and bench.
• Leverage local, regional, and national relationships to build the ALLO employment brand
• Experience in a variety of candidate assessment and interview techniques to search, prescreen, qualify, interview and secure best in class candidates
• Take part in ongoing workforce planning and reporting to balance the recruiting needs of the organization
• Actively own requisitions as needed to support the team and workload
• Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or related fields and/or commensurate experience.
EXPERIENCE:
• 7+ years of demonstrated recruiting experience in an agency setting or business environment.
• A minimum of 2 years as a Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager for a recruiting team.
• An understanding of HR employment law and best practices
