Talent Acquisition
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments and business units.
Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet workforce and business growth goals.
Manage, coach, and mentor recruiters, sources, and recruiting coordinators to achieve hiring targets.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and employer branding initiatives.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and job requirements.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, and hiring productivity.
Ensure a consistent, efficient, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment databases, and hiring reports.
Coordinate interview scheduling, offer approvals, negotiations, and onboarding hand offs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring standards.
Collaborate with HR, department leaders, and executives on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, job boards, and staffing agencies when required.
Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring forecasts, and performance updates to leadership.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent across multiple hiring channels.
Drive continuous improvement through recruitment analytics, market trends, and competitive hiring insights.

- Comfortable with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and email outreach.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.

- Previous experience in recruiting
