Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM. Monday - Friday.
Compensation: $18/hour

Office Administration & Operations- Prepare workstations, tech, and welcome materials to set up new team members for success.
- Manage daily office logistics, including incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supply inventory and process Amazon orders as needed.
- Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of company events and meetings.
- Provide flexible, ad-hoc administrative support to the Director of HR and the sales team as new daily needs or special projects (whatever pops up!) arise.
- Highly adaptable and willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks, from candidate sourcing to organizing the supply room.
- A strong communicator with a professional, welcoming phone presence and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Pay Rate: $18/hour
- Prominent Path to Full-Time: We are actively looking for someone who wants to stay long-term. There is a direct opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the 6-month internship if it goes well!
