Available Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid - regular in-office presence required) About This Position
Cloudflare is expanding our EMEA team, and we're seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to be a pivotal part of our hiring engine in Lisbon. This isn't just about scheduling; you'll be instrumental in bringing structure to fast-moving processes, elevating our global candidate experience, and directly supporting high-quality hiring decisions that fuel Cloudflare's mission to help build a better Internet.

You'll partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Interviewers, and other Coordinators across the organisation, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Cloudflare's best!
What You'll Do
  • Orchestrate high-volume, complex interviews (video, phone, and onsite) with precision and efficiency.
  • Elevate the Candidate Journey: Proactively enhance the candidate experience, from initial contact to offer, both virtually and in-person.
  • Drive Data Integrity: Maintain and optimise our applicant tracking systems, dashboards, and candidate trackers to ensure accuracy and organisation.
  • Champion Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to streamline processes and contribute to cross-functional recruiting operations projects and improvements.
  • Facilitate Logistics: Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and manage expense processes seamlessly.
  • Provide Essential Support: Offer administrative assistance to our local People & Places team as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment requiring exceptional organizational skills, high-volume coordination, or extensive client/customer support. This could include roles in recruiting, advanced administration, project coordination, or client services.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail even under pressure.
  • A resourceful and proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, adapting quickly to ambiguous or changing situations.
  • Strong collaborative spirit with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to engage professionally and empathetically with diverse stakeholders.
  • A service-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for delivering positive experiences.
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.) or similar scheduling and productivity tools.
  • Required: Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Bonus Points
  • Direct Recruiting Coordination experience.
  • Experience with Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System) and/or Goodtime (Scheduling Automation).
