Business customers have contracts with agreed-upon performance standards for their broadband, and Logos will build these capabilities into the system from the beginning. Position Summary & Responsibilities

A Recruiting Coordinator (RC) at Logos Space focuses on seamless interview logistics (scheduling, travel), optimizing the candidate and hiring team experience, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Ashby, supporting recruitment operations, and ensuring clear communication, often in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key responsibilities include end-to-end scheduling, improving processes, handling compliance, supporting hiring events, and partnering with recruiters to attract top talent for their space technology roles, requiring strong organization and a customer service mindset.
Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Experience: Own all interview scheduling (onsite/virtual), manage travel arrangements and expenses, and provide professional communication.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and streamline recruiting workflows, optimize the ATS, and maintain data accuracy.

  • Operational Support: Manage requisitions, support compliance, organize hiring events, and assist with creating recruiting materials.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a partner to recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring goals.

  • Systems & Tools: Utilize and manage our ATS (Ashby preferred, but previous experience with Greenhouse & Lever is okay) and Rippling.
