About the Role:
As the Recruiting Coordinator you will be the Bank representative to candidates in the interview process. You will coordinate the scheduling of the various interview activities and provide any relevant information as well as assist our department clients with their requisition and interview needs for an outstanding candidate and client experience. This role will include job posting preparation and publishing to internal and external sites, with high attention to detail. The role may include special projects and will occasionally provide back-up assistance for recruiting and onboarding activities. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager.
You will:

Provide outstanding customer service to our clients, the hiring managers and our candidates, ensuring personalized and dedicated care for candidates throughout the interview process from scheduling through identification of hire.

Serve as primary contact for interviewees and coordinate candidate interview scheduling through virtual tools and in-person meetings when applicable.

Carefully create and finalize job requisitions for posting (both internal/external) for hiring managers across the district.

Ensure that all job posting activities comply with applicable government regulations, professional standards and organizational policies and needs.

Provide additional content to populated job profiles as needed.

Assist our Hiring Managers and facilitate in the creation of new job positions as needed.

Manage internal recruitment processes within the applicant tracking system to ensure best in class candidate and client experience.
You Have:
-
Bachelors degree preferred, may substitute experience for higher education.

Experience in coordinating recruitment activities to include interview scheduling and job posting and working with all levels of management and candidates. One year of interview scheduling for executive-level candidates preferred.

Exceptional and enthusiastic customer service skills.

Ability to solve unique and complex problems that have broad impact to the business unit/bank.

Excellent communications skills - listening, verbal and written.

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
