About the Role
Abnormal Security is looking for a motivated and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join the team! You will play an important role in the success of recruiting and candidate experience at Abnormal Security. This role requires attention to detail and the uncanny ability to juggle multiple high-priority requests while interfacing professionally with people inside and outside the company.
What will You do
- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling using Greenhouse ATS.
- Organize and manage intricate interview processes, including multi-stage selections and panel interviews.
- Efficiently manage Google Calendars across different time zones for candidates and interviewers.
- Set up and manage Zoom meetings for video interviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and information.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS
Must Haves
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and G Suite (Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.).
- Experience in handling JIRA tickets
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars across multiple time zones.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and quick learning of new technologies and processes.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and manage interview complexities with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected scheduling challenges.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of ModernLoop scheduling tool.
- Experience with BrightHire.
