We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help build an amazing team! You will manage the Recruiting Life Cycle, Onboarding, and work closely with the talent and People Operations teams as well as be a voice in best practices as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Manage the Recruitment Life Cycle, schedule interviews, move candidates through the pipeline, gather feedback, and create offer letters.
  • Oversee our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Greenhouse.
  • Run the onboarding process for new hires and maintain an organized calendar for start dates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments at Figment, primarily PeopleOps, Legal, and Accounting.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and calendar management.
  • Expertise in Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Notion
  • Excellent time management and self-starter capabilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information.
  • A good person, team player, and someone who loves a fast-paced startup environment.

Base Salary: The CAD base salary range for this position is CAD $60,000 - $75,000. The US base salary range for this position is USD $60,000 - $75,000. This range reflects base salary only, and does not include additional compensation or benefits. For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed upon your first interview with Figment (being a globally remote company, the list of salary ranges would simply be too long to note here!). The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across all Canada or the US. A candidate’s specific pay within the range will be determined by various factors including job-related skills, relevant education, and training.
