Job Summary
Responsible for supporting recruiters in the hiring process of new associates, coordinating pre-employment paperwork and offer letters. Supports recruiters and ensures the new hire process is completed according to standard operation procedures.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Supports recruiters to ensure the job placement and new hire process is completed according to procedure.
Prepares offer letters and packets for new hires to include first day instructions, benefits information, drug testing form and locations, and a list of required documents for new hire employment paperwork.
Coordinates with pre-employment vendors to finalize drug and background checks.
Ensures new hire paperwork is complete and accurate prior to closing file. Follows-up on drug screen and relocation services as needed.
Partners with Compliance and Transportations Teams for background check and/or motor vehicle report adjudications.

Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
No travel required.
Education and Experience
HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
Customer-focused.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
