Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks including rubber/stretch cord work, sewing, packing, cutting, fitting, adhesives, and bench-type mechanical/electrical assemblies. Read job specs, attach labels, pack finished goods, maintain equipment and workspace, perform basic preventative maintenance, follow safety procedures, and notify supervisors of issues.

Supervise and coach inside sales representatives to drive profitable sales growth. Participate in a 6–12 month accelerated outside sales training program to develop selling skills, build account plans, sell White Cap products, ride-along on jobsite/office sales calls, and enter/process customer orders. Frequent driving is required and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record is mandatory.

Develop and maintain sales datasets, Power BI reports, and dashboards; extract, transform, validate, and automate sales data using SQL, Databricks, and Python; document metrics and logic; perform ad hoc and advanced analyses to support sales performance, forecasting, territory strategy, and executive reporting.

Own and grow relationships with largest national customers, manage a $50M-$100M portfolio, develop C-suite account strategies, secure category programs, leverage analytics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive sales growth with frequent overnight travel.

Fabricate reinforcing steel per work orders and rebar tags using shears, benders, and automated machines. Inspect, adjust, stage, and prepare finished rebar for shipment while maintaining safety, organization, and quality standards in an industrial environment. Perform repetitive physical tasks and follow supervisor instructions for non-routine issues.
