Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage high-volume, sometimes complex candidate interviews including travel, accommodations, and reimbursements
Utilize our applicant tracking system to communicate with, track, and schedule candidates
Host candidates and ensure the on-site interview process is seamless
Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders across the organization, including but not limited to engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and operations to provide a smooth recruiting experience
Qualifications
Communicates effectively with all levels of staff
Highly organized, efficient, reliable, and able to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiar with or able to quickly learn cloud based, online tools
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment
Employs critical thinking skills and problem solving

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.
